Ar ôl gwrandawiad pum diwrnod, pan glywodd y CSP dystiolaeth gan dri chlaf a thyst arbenigol annibynnol, daeth y PCC o hyd i'r holl honiadau a brofwyd. Daeth y CSP i'r casgliad bod ymddygiad Mr Proud yn sylfaenol yn anghydnaws â chofrestriad parhaus fel ceiropractydd. Penderfynodd y Pwyllgor felly mai'r unig gosb briodol sy'n ddigonol i ddiogelu'r cyhoedd, cynnal safonau uchel a chynnal hyder yn y proffesiwn yw tynnu enw Mr Proud o Gofrestr ceiropractyddion.
